Hello everyone! Unless you have been living under a rock, you probably noticed that adult colouring book are all the rage right now.   I wanted to see for myself what the fuss is about, so yesterday I picked up two adult colouring books.   Colouring  is not just an activity for keeping kids busy, it has also been shown to have stress-reducing benefits .   These are my colouring books; 2   Craft Sensations (by Grafix)  Creative Colouring For Adults .  Each book has 160  pretty designs to be coloured in.   I'll make sure to find some time to start colouring these fun designs asap.      Similar books: Supposedly, adult  colouring  books   can help you relax and unwind after a long, stressful day .  Some people even report sleeping better when colouring before bedtime.  I hope this works for me as well since I suffer from insomnia .  I'm hoping  colour...

Hello everyone! Today I want to share one of my beauty "secrets" with all of you.  For the past four or five months, I've been using Nivea Men Sensitive Post Shave Balm as a primer.   Primers are meant to help your make-up apply smoother and stay on all day. (Read Primer 101 ) The online beauty community has been raving about this product for a while, and now I am too.   The trend was started by YouTube beauty vlogger  NikkieTutorials , who uploaded a video in March 2015 talking about the product.
